Circular machines for hats and scarves, nets and tubular fabrics, two or four falls, without separation thread. The machine is built in two different diameters and 2 or 4 feeds:
- R.C. 2/60 - 190 mm external diameter with 60 needles splicing, high and low heel, 2 ½ finesse.
- R.C. 2/80 - 240 mm external diameter with 80 needles splicing, high and low heel, 2 ½ finesse.
- R.C. 4/60 - 190 mm external diameter with 60 needles splicing, high and low heel, 2 ½ finesse.
- R.C. 4/80 - 240 mm external diameter with 80 needles splicing, high and low heel, 2 ½ finesse.
Technical features of circular machines for scarves, hats and tubular fabrics
Feeding with 8 threads and electric safety device at low voltage (24 Volts) for cone-end, fall or breaking of the fabric, etc.
Manual control of the middle position device, for low needles on 1, 2 or 3 feeds for vertical stripes, sweepers, tuck stiich, etc. loaded.
Plating feeders on each feed.
Possibility to remove 1, 2 or 3 feeds and work with the remaining ones.
Three-phase motor 0.37 hp 220/380 volt - single phase or another voltage on request.
Clutch compensating for the draft of the fabric, rapid redistribution of the needles to carry out different patterns.
It produces a tube of diameter 15 to 30/35 cm in RC 4/60 and from 18 to 45/48 cm in R.C. 4/80 , according to the yarn , of falls , the working needles and the recording of the mesh. Production speed from 80 to 220 cm per minute, equal to 100/150 hats or 30/60 scarves per hour.
The machines can also be used for other items, both open tubular shawls, shirts, etc. and with suitable yarn (also metallic) for packing of fruits and vegetables, cable protection , coatings , and various uses.
